WorkSafe Victoria’s Injury Support and Service Awards Winners Announced

The winners of WorkSafe Victoria’s Injury Support and Service Awards were announced at a gala event held at the Myer Mural hall in Melbourne last night.

There were nine winners who were all honoured for their outstanding service to injured workers.

One of the special guests for the evening was Jack Swift, an Australian Paralympian who lost the lower part of his right leg after an accident in the workplace in 2006.

He emphasized the importance of recognising case workers, injury management advisors and return to work specialists for the essential work that they do.
