Asbestos awareness and management conference to be held

As part of the events for the National Asbestos Awareness Month this November, the Asbestos Safety and Eradication Agency is holding the second International Conference on Asbestos Awareness and Management.

This year’s conference will be held at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre on Brisbane’s Southbank.

The event will bring together local and international experts is asbestos management, health, advocacy and governance. It will highlight the important role that Australia can play in reducing the reliance on asbestos in South East Asia.

The conference will run from 22-24 November 2015 at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Registration is done online. Early bird ends 15 September 2015.
